A "Type 1/ Type 2" species with a "Narmarian" mindset would simply destroy the galaxy. Thus, we are stuck in our cradle—a Type 0 civilization—until we can achieve Collective De-escalation.

(Collective means : Everyone needs to get involved in the De-escalation. Not just the "good guys" and the "bad guys", but all... All as a collective of humanity.)

4. The Symmetrical Failure of Grace

To dismantle this cycle, both the "oppressed" and the "oppressors" must play their roles of Grace.

  • If David Copperfield or Jean Valjean play the "demon" to survive, we end up at the Animal Farm fiasco (changing the driver but keeping the violent machine).
  • If the Murdstones and Javerts refuse to de-escalate, the system remains rigid and deadly.

The tragedy is that the "Titans and their Followers" are currently choosing escalation. The mammalian addiction to the adrenaline of conflict is stronger than the human capacity for restraint and wisdom.

As it is (since 3100 bce), the "Narmarian" mindset has a clear lead. We are a species addicted to the drama of the "f* you" reality. 

We blame the Caesars/Kaisers, the  Hitlers and the Napoleons, yet we forget the millions who "hail" them and the millions more who utter "f* you" to their neighbors in private.

Is there a way out? 

Only if a "Common Conscience" arises that recognizes the "f* you" mindset as a suicide pact. 

Until then, the only revolutionary act is to be a "David" or a "Valjean" in one's own life—refusing to be the fuel for the Narmarian fire.
